Of course, there will also be time to relax and socialize after the working sessions. The seminar takes place from <strong>Friday, October 9 (noon) to Sunday, October 11 (evening)<\/strong>. Accommodation, food, and travel costs are fully covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A key part will be to <strong>plan events for the upcoming winter semester together<\/strong>, such as our grill events, networking events, and other activities for doctoral students. We will also introduce you to the structures, services, and support systems available at TU Wien, so you can take this knowledge back to your departments and help improve communication and engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can I join?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a doctoral candidate at TU Wien, you are welcome to apply. It does not matter which field you are in or what stage of your PhD you are currently at. If you are already involved in the doctoral student representation \u2014 or would like to get involved \u2014 this seminar is a great opportunity to get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How much does it cost?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nothing. Legal Basis for Data Processing<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that providing consent is voluntary. However, participation in this seminar requires the processing of personal data for organizational purposes.
